”Det blir 100 % giftfritt och färskt”, säger Joakim Rytterborn , forskning- och utvecklingschef på Plantagon. Han säger också att de vill undvika transporter och ta det närodlade ett steg längre och kallar det härodlat.
Det är garaget i under byggnaden som ska användas till inomhusodling, enligt Carin Balfe-Arbman, informationsansvarig på Plantagon. Företaget har sitt huvudkontor längst upp i DN-skrapan.
